Our dear customer, we ask you to refrain from buying messages through companies that provide their services inside and do not have a license to serve messages from the Communications, Space, and Technology Commission, in order to ensure obtaining high-quality message service and to preserve your rights

We inform you that we are checking requests to register the sender's names and we do not accept the registration of the sender's name for a party other than the contracting party, and the content of the messages sent by our customers is reviewed to verify that the sender's name is not used in sending public or private messages to other parties or on behalf of others, and we also On our site, we prohibit the transfer of balance between different companies to prevent any subcontracting process.

4.6.4 Strictly committing to sending group short messages according to the correct classification of the sender’s name mentioned in Paragraph (4-1) of this document, and completely refraining from sending messages in a way that violates the classification, such as sending promotional messages through the name of a service sender, or sending messages Service through the name of the propaganda sender, and so on

Service content: These are the messages that are sent to a specific user to provide him with a service contracted for, or to inform him of the operations that took place on that service, or its features and options, or to submit a personal communication or to such appointments, or for the purpose of electronic documentation to confirm possession of the mobile number, such as entering websites Or electronic programs, and this is at the request or approval of the user.

Awareness content: These are messages with educational or guiding content and sent by legal entities - such as government agencies, banks, hospitals, etc. - to all users or to specific groups of them.

Warning content: These are high-priority messages that contain a warning, and this content is sent from the competent government agencies only to all users in all or some regions of the Kingdom, with the aim of warning of an actual or imminent event, provided that these messages are for residents of a region Only danger

Personal content: These are messages addressed from a specified user number to another specified user number for personal purposes

We would like to emphasize the obligation to send messages according to the classification chosen when requesting the sender’s name, and not to send messages in violation of the specified classification.

We inform you that an automatic system is available on our site to filter the content of sent messages based on the classification of the sender’s name specified in advance, where words are specified for each classification whose presence in the content of the message may indicate that this content does not conform to the classification of the sender’s name, as these messages are checked manually by Through the technical support team, any message that is sent with content that violates the classification of the sender's name is stopped

4.6.5 Refrain from sending promotional campaign messages by sending them from their systems to the systems of the short message service providers (system to system).

Our dear customer, it is forbidden to send promotional content through your external systems

We inform you that we have an automatic filtering system for advertising content that is sent from external systems, where if advertising content is sent 5 times repeatedly within one minute to a specific number, the system will automatically stop these messages

4.6.6 The sender, upon his desire to send any promotional message to the end user, must comply with the following:

4.6.11.1. Giving the end user the option to expressly agree to receive promotional messages or not, and the approval included in privacy policies and service contracts is not considered, and the burden of proving approval is on the sender.

4.6.11.3. Stop sending any other messages after receiving the request to stop sending promotional messages, within a period not exceeding (24) hours from receiving the request to stop sending.

4.6.11.4. Sending a notice confirming the activation or stopping of sending promotional messages; After receiving a request for this

Our dear customer, we ask you to refrain from sending promotional content to random numbers, and to limit sending promotional content only to users who wish to receive promotional content through you, with your express consent from the end user containing his desire to receive promotional messages through you

We have a system that blocks promotional content from a specific number, so in the event that you have a user who refuses to accept receiving your promotional content, you can contact technical support at any time and request that your promotional content be permanently blocked from this user, and you can also request to cancel the blocking Sponsored content about a specific user

4.6.7 The sender must, before sending any educational message to the end user, adhere to the following:

4.6.11.1. Coordinating with the bodies organizing them, before sending educational messages to the end user

4.6.11.2. The official name of the sender should be appended to the text of the message.

4.6.11.3. The number of messages sent by the sender to the user should not exceed one message per day, or as decided by the Commission.

Our dear customer, please note that sending the educational content must be done from a legal entity only and has prior coordination with the organizations organizing the educational campaign. It is also necessary to request the registration of the name of the sender of an educational type and adhere to the fact that the name of your entity is at the end of the content of the message and that it is not sent More than one message per user per day

And we inform you that we alert the authorities of the above requirements when requesting to register the name of an educational sender, and an automatic system is available on our site to filter messages that are sent from the names of educational senders, and messages are allowed to be passed if the requirements of the Communications, Space, and Technology Commission are complied with in sending educational content

4.6.8 Refrain from sending propaganda and awareness messages from ten o’clock in the evening until nine o’clock in the morning every day, and in the blessed month of Ramadan from one o’clock in the morning until twelve o’clock in the evening, Makkah Al-Mukarramah time.

Dear customer, we ask you to refrain from sending promotional and educational content during the ban period, which is from 10 pm until 9 am, and in the blessed month of Ramadan, the time to prevent sending promotional and educational content is from 1 am until 12 noon

4.6.9 The sender is not entitled to send promotional SMS messages from a mobile phone number

Our dear customer, we inform you that it is not acceptable to register mobile phone numbers as a sender's name, and therefore no messages, whatever the content, will be sent through a mobile phone sender's name.

4.6.10 Not to use random attack programs or programs to collect addresses, and it is not permissible to use the electronic addresses obtained by these programs

Dear customer, we ask you to refrain from sending any content to random numbers and to limit sending to registered users only.

4.6.11 The authority to send short messages mentioned in Paragraphs (4-1) of this document shall be according to the following

4.6.11.1. Government agencies may send educational, service, and warning messages

4.6.11.2. Private entities may send promotional, educational, and service messages

4.6.11.3. Individuals may send personal messages

Dear customer, we ask you to adhere to sending the permitted content to your party and not to request the registration of the name of the sender contrary to what was mentioned in the above paragraph.

And we inform you that from our side, it will not be accepted to register the names of senders in violation of the permitted classifications according to the above paragraph

4.6.11.4. Short messages received from entities outside the Kingdom must be service or personal messages only
